Bley Investment Group, Inc. (“BIG”) was founded in 1990 as an institutional fixed income brokerage firm. By 1996, BIG started trading equities for institutions, operating a full-service institutional agency trading desk. A fully licensed independent broker-dealer, BIG participates in equity and fixed income selling groups, provides execution for equity and fixed income securities in the primary and secondary markets, and offers investment banking services for debt and equity capital market transactions.
BIG is 100% woman-owned, is a certified Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE), has no subsidiaries and no proprietary trading. With no competing lines of business to compromise our objectivity, we focus on delivering superior execution services for our institutional clients and partner firms. Our services are fully disclosed, and, in today’s global business and regulatory environment, such transparency is more important than ever.
